How long do your brownies stay fresh?

Our brownies are baked fresh and stay delicious for up to 10 days at room temperature, 3 weeks in the refrigerator, or up to 3 months if stored in the freezer.

When will my order ship?

We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?

Currently, all of our brownies contain wheat, dairy, and eggs. We are working on expanding our menu to include dietary-friendly options in the near future.

What should I do if my brownies arrive damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the package within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Can I include a personalized gift message?

Absolutely! You can add a custom message in the 'Gift Note' section at checkout, and we will include a printed card with your order.

Do your products contain nuts?

Many of our flavors contain peanuts or tree nuts. All brownies are prepared in a facility that handles nuts, so we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment for those with severe allergies.
